Running Web server on ATT BroadBand

My roommate was telling me that when those sinister Nimda-type viruses go
hunting around the network infesting IIS-like servers, Mediaone is apt to
just shut down incoming port 80 for everyone.  

Course, that's hearsay and won't hold up in a court of law.
