Hi Chuck,

I can highly recommend pair Networks (http://www.pair.com/). They have both
shared and dedicated servers, both of which are full managed. IMHO, the
prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. The downside is
that they do not have phone support for shared services, although I've been
told there is phone support for the dedicated servers. I have so few
problems that this has never bothered me. They also operate a private news
server, which is worth the price of admission alone. The servers are all
FreeBSD 4.1.1, and they have multiple backbone connections. They are in
Pittsburgh, PA.

Highly recommended.
