Kylix Open Edition

The Open Edition of Kylix (the one that you get for free, and that can
only be used to develop free software) is now available at Borland's web
site (http://www.borland.com/kylix/). You do have to register with the
site and answer mildly nosy questions to get it.

For those of you who are developing non-free software, the Desktop
Edition is still on sale for $199 until August 23.

I'll let you folks know what I think after I have a chance to try it
out.
