Moving..stay with DSL, go cable?

There are services that allow you to host a static name at a dynamic address.  
http://www.dtdns.com is one of them.  Basicly whenever your IP address
changes you run a script to update thier DNS server.  I think they
charge around $20 or $30 a year for this service.
