At the bottom of my ssh man page I see:

  SEE ALSO
       rlogin(1), rsh(1), scp(1), ssh-add(1), ssh-agent(1), ssh-keygen(1),
       telnet(1), sshd(8),

and I found the scp man page very useful.

Basically, syntax like cp, but can say "whatever.com:file.txt" for
source, destination, or both.
