I wrote myself a Perl script that pages my numeric Skytel pager when
qualifying e-mail comes in.

It uses a SNPP (Simple Network Paging Protocol?) library I got off of
one of the standard Perl site.

Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with
"subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the
message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
