L0pht's NT password force-changer on floppy?

   I don't know about L0pht's utility, but here's one that I've used
successfully several times in the past:
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

It works on NT4.0 and Win2k, with and without SysKey.

   Good luck.
