Linux newbie questions

I couldn't make the install fest last week but I wanted to try to set up a 
dual boot myself...
It will be RH7.0 and Win2K Adv Server... I I'm making a partition of 2 gig 
of a 9 gig drive to be the FAT partition to put up 2k. The rest of the disk 
will be root, swap and user area.
2 questions now...

How do I shut off the box halting on control-alt-delete because my son (and 
I) are used to working on a NT box...

Second.. How can I make my other 9 gig disk of windows files be access-able 
from the RH operating system..
