Will pay up to $100/mo for web server home

I'm looking for a home for my small (1U rackmount, 1-1/2 inches high) web 
server.  I don't use much bandwidth, only about 250Mb transmission per 
month, but I'd like a burst rate of at least 160kbs.  Shared access to a 
T1 would be ideal.  

I'm willing to pay up to $100/month, depending on facilities.  Anywhere 
in the Boston area is ok.  The content is just product descriptions/demos 
(network management software, nothing controversial ;-)
