What happened to applixware?

I just hunted down what used to be ApplixWare at 

	http://www.vistasource.com

mainly because I wnated to know if I should think about upgrading my
office suite.  And come to think of it, I don't recall these jokers
being at LinuxWorld.  Last year you couldn't walk five steps without getting
whacked in the head by a demo of 5.0

Anyone got some insight?
