Temporary DSL

I'm moving into an apt with a few friends, and would
like to get DSL set up there.  I'm not sure how long
we're going to be in the apt, since I will hopefully
be going back to school in Sept.  

Ideally, i'd like:
<$60/month
Linux friendly (or at least possible)
Static IP (though I could deal with dynamic)
6 month contract
Cheap installation and hardware
