Cable modem & DHCP (one minor problem)

I've seen many discussions regarding MediaOne and problems getting Linux
talking to their DHCP servers.  In every case, it was a RedHat system,
and the user had 'pump' installed.  Replace pump with dhcpcd, reconfig
appropriately, and your problems will disappear.
