max sound volume

Aat least you get sound on your laptop.  I have a Dell Inspirion 7500
and the OSS Sound drivers work fine if I want
to listen thru my earphones.  But I can't get any sound thru the
on-board speakers.
Win98 sound works fine thru the on-board speakers.
