Linux/Unix Acronyms...Answered by self!!!



Rather than answer the question, I should mention that LISP has been 
around a long time (before FORTRAN, before COBOL, before 
computers). I don't have my sources here, but from memory, LISP was 
actually invented back in the 1930s. A line of text is nothing more than a 
list of words.
