Ouch! replaced unix.h

So, for reasons to embarassing to get into, I have just replaced my
/usr/include/unix.h file with something else.

I am now having a heck of a time trying to compile :)

What is the best hope for me as far as getting a replacement? I am using
redhat 5.2 distro, if that figures into it :)
