Static IP DSL (Was: Re: Where is rlz.ne.mediaone.net?)

I'm on TIAC and have had no problems at all since changing to Linux for
my OS well over a year and half ago.  I'm using Netscape Messenger for
mail and no problems at all.  What were you trying to use for mail under
Linux.
