Where is rlz.ne.mediaone.net?

Perhaps mediaone decided to enforce there "no server" policy when they
found out that most references to a definitive firewalling site rested
on an ne.mediaone.net machine?  I recall them being less than open to
user wishes along those lines.  As for current location, I'm afraid I
can't be of much assistance.
