identd and irc servers

man identd :)
It can be invoked manually or through inetd.
I never used it and don't know security issues, but I'm sure there
are some.

"subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the
message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
