Trying to locate an old hard disk drive

Michael R.E. Sanders <sanders at alawfirm.com> sent me the following query.
Please respond directly to him, and not back to the group or me.
-----------------------------------
I was wondering if you could contact various former members of BCS or
other organization to see if anyone had any hard disk drives manufactured
before September of 1985. In particular, I am trying to locate a Maxtor
XT 1065 55 MB drive.

I have a client who needs to find a hard disk drive manufactured before
September of 1985 using rare earth magnets. My client believes that the
Maxtor XT 1065 55 MB HDD is such a drive. The legal issue is "prior art"
in the rare earth magnets used in such drives.

If you could help me or direct me to someone you think could help me, I
would really appreciate it. My client is willing to pay for such hard
drive and for your help.

est personal regards.
