Multi boot on Multi disk

There is a how-to out there that details what needs to be done to
dual-boot NT. I haven't done it too many times myself, but I've heard
horror stories (if you can describe destroying NT in such a way) about
trying to use solely lilo and not the prescribed method of the how-to (NT
loader -> lilo -> linux). Since it's very easy to tell either loader to
automagically load your OS of choice, I never considered it to be too much
of a problem. Hope that helped a little perhaps.
