Cookies and Netscape

	In a nutshell: each cookie has an expiration time associated with it.
The most common expiration time is "this session only", which
translates to, "until you completely exit your browser." These cookies
are not persistent, so they don't need to be stored in your cookies
file. Only those cookies which don't expire, or have an expiration
time in the future, get stored in your cookies file. That's why not
all of the cookies that you accept get stored.
