IBM Type 3 to Type 1 connections

I've a problem I'm trying to solve, involving an old Madge Token-Ring
card with a DB-9 (IBM Type 1) connector. If anyone on the list has
them, please pass along the pinouts and wiring needed to connect it to
an RJ-45 (IBM Type 3) cable. Also, I'd like to know the nominal
impedance of the Type 1 vs. the Type 3; in other words, if IBM assumed a
different characteristic for shielded vs. unshielded twisted pair.

Thanks in advance.
