BLU meetings - what would you like to see?

Why not just publish them on the web exclusively? It's nice to make
notes on a handout during the presentation, but it's not a necessity.

As long as they don't get lost at some crucial step along the way and
lose interest.

I have an idea for a "Seinfeld meeting"- a meeting about nothing. Or
more exactly, about the participants. I think it would be cool to just
have a meeting where we go around the room and say our names,
background, areas of expertise, areas of curiosity, day job, etc. Maybe
we can generate some future topics out of it, and it would be a good way
to find out who to ask certain questions of. Love it? hate it?
