imake

I have an application-- xfig -- which I downloaded off of Redhat's SRPMS
ftp site, but which appears to still need to be installed manually rather
than via an rpm command. Once the file is uncompressed, it has a README
which requires the system to already have the file imake in order to make
its Makefile. None of this seems straightforward, but getting the imake
file is the point at which I get completely stumped. Does anybody know a
specific url where I can get that. Then I can see where I need to go from
there.
