Try the RedHat support page.  They have the program of certified engineers (?)

And, having someone to blame is a wonderful feeling when standing around
the water cooler waiting for Exchange to rebuild it's database ;-)

Other issues to consider might be the Scheduling and Embedded document
features of an all MS-Environment.  If your customers rely on these features,
you might have to go MS. Plus, I'd be careful...  Being the only "different"
server in your company, you're likely to get blamed for a lot of MS's
SMTP-dis-compatible problems....
