[from the web page]
We're located at 24 Kenwood St. in Dorchester, near Codman Square (and not
far from Fields Corner). Our recommended driving route for those new to
Dorchester:

* Take I-93 (the Southeast Expressway) to the Columbia Rd. exit (exit 17).
* Turn west (away from the ocean) on Columbia Rd. at the bottom of the
ramp. It's a right turn if you have come from the north; a left turn
if you have come from the south.
* Continue to the first real traffic light (there are two gas stations
at this corner), and turn left on Dorchester Ave.
* Continue straight on Dorchester Ave. for a while. Eventually, you
will go through a retail district called Fields Corner, which includes a
shopping center with a Bradlees and a Purity (soon to be a Capitol)
  supermarket.
* Shortly after going through Fields Corner, you will pass a Tedechi's
market on the left. Proceed to the first traffic light after that.
(Mohawk Realty [with a big Indian on the building] and Jose's Auto
Service [a Gibbs gas station] are located at this corner.) Turn right on
  Melville Ave.
* Follow Melville until you reach Allston St.; turn left. (There is a
longish stretch with no left turns available. Allston is the first left
  turn after that.
* Go two blocks to Kenwood St.; turn right.
* Follow Kenwood St. down a hill and most of the way back up. 24 Kenwood
  is on the right.

If you come by T:

* Take the Ashmost branch of the Red Line to Shawmut.
* When you get to the station exit, go right on Clementine Park. After
a very short distance, there is a break in the fence on your right. Go
through the break onto the unlabeled street (there is a moving company
to your right), and continue to the end of this one-block street. (Note:
  Mather Ct, which is shown on the map, doesn't really exist any more;
it's now the parking lot of Noble R. Steves Moving and Storage.)
* Turn right on Allston St. After a very short distance, turn left on
  Kenwood St.
* Follow Kenwood St. down a hill and most of the way back up. 24 Kenwood
  is on the right.

The maps below show the suggested routes. The first map shows most of
Dorchester, with the suggested car route highlighted in orange. The second
map shows our neighborhood in detail; the car route is highlighted in
blue, and the T route is highlighted in red. (Many thanks to Yahoo! Maps
for the original art. I doctored them a bit in Corel PhotoPaint 6 and 7 to
add the route highlighting.)

If you get lost, give us a call at (617) BUT-TERY (that's 288-8379), and
we'll tell you how to get here.
