> Porting Tool: GNU-WIN32 Version 18.1 Linux to Windows NT/95

We have it installed on a few Win95 machines. Since we don't
need the development environment it's overkill. Most of the
UNIX command line tools we use come from djgpp/v2 with the exception
of Geoff Voelker's Win32 port of emacs 19.34. I think the real
win for GNU-WIN32 will come if XFree86 decides to port to Windows -
goodbye task bar, hello Enlightenment!
