mgetty with fax HOWTO?

I seem to remember that getty_ps was a lot better at this.

The EIA Class 2 fax protocol provides that the modem response upon connection
is "+FCON", which was changed to "+FCO" in the final Class 2.0 standard.  This
is roughly equivalent to the "CONNECT" message in data mode.
