Iomega: broken Zip drives as profit center

well apparently if you want to talk to IOMEGA about a problem with your
ZIP Drive they are happy for you to call their 900 number or an 888 number
where they accept your credit card.

So that's why they are cheap.

By the way, I have tried two different drives and not had them work on:

Adaptec 1542cf
Adaptec 1522
Adaptech 2940 PCI
Ultrastor Ultra-24

Yes, I know multiple cases of the 1542 CF working, so I'm going to
investigate if I have an old card or something.
