There are a few of us who would like to stage a Linux User
Conference/Convention in the US. Before we embark on this endeavor, we would
like to see how much support we would get. We plan on having a secure systems
administration contest and a cracker contest to bring out in the open the
security flaws and ways to administer them. We have several guest speakers in
mind that we would like to attend as well as all the major vendors. If you
are interested in attending a US Linux Users conference, please send mail to
listproc at amethyst.educ.kent.edu with subscribe linuxcon realname in the body
of the message.
